Latest from HarbourNode
Product updates, new game support, infrastructure changes, and offers — all in one place.
Day-four check-in. Every customer-facing subsystem has stayed up since launch, and our internal dashboards are looking healthy.
Between launch on 3 May and today (7 May), here's what we keep an eye on:
/status is public and refreshes every 30 seconds with the current state of each subsystem. If you spot something we haven't reported, please open a ticket — we'd rather hear it from you first.
Thanks for watching the gauges with us.
Refer a friend: when they complete their first paid order, both wallets get an automatic credit. Your code lives under Referral on the dashboard.
Every HarbourNode account has a referral code under dashboard → Referral.
1. Send your code to a friend. 2. They register using the code. 3. When they complete their first paid order — a plan purchase or a wallet top-up — both wallets get a credit automatically.
We don't run multi-level chains, percentage tiers, or expiry timers. One referral, one reward, no fine print.
The exact credit amount is set by an admin and may change over time; the live number is shown on the Referral page.
If you're a Hong Kong Twitch Affiliate or Partner, link your Twitch account and we'll top up your HarbourNode wallet every month — your channel, your server.
From 5 May, HarbourNode is paying out a monthly server credit to Twitch broadcasters who link their account:
1. Go to dashboard → Account → Twitch and link your Twitch account. 2. We check whether you're an Affiliate or a Partner, and verify you're broadcasting from Hong Kong. 3. We deposit a wallet credit each month — the amount depends on broadcaster type (Affiliates and Partners get different rates).
Hong Kong's streamer scene is small but the quality is high. If you're willing to play with viewers on a HarbourNode server, we'll cover some of the cost so you can focus on the content.
The full FAQ and the linking flow live under the Twitch tab on your dashboard.
Launch day went better than we'd planned for. Here's an honest log of what came up, what we tweaked, and what we learned.
After we opened registration around midday on 3 May, the first Minecraft and Valheim servers were online inside a couple of hours. Three of us split the floor: one watching the control panel, one watching node CPU, one rotating through tickets.
We've personally answered every ticket so far. If you ran into a bug on launch day and helped us shake it out, you have our gratitude.
Starting today, you can spin up Minecraft, CS2, Valheim and more on HarbourNode — priced in HKD, billed monthly or by the hour.
As of 3 May 2026 HarbourNode is open for business. We're a Hong Kong–registered company, every server and the management panel runs out of Hong Kong, and we charge in HKD — no foreign-currency conversion fees, no surprise bank charges.
Every game has a small-to-large set of plans, starting at HK$78/month for the Minecraft Basic tier. Specs, player slots and pricing live on the catalogue page.
Every server's file manager, console, backups and start-up config live behind our control panel, with our own server nodes carrying the workload from inside Hong Kong. Asian latency is typically half of what you'd see on a US-West provider.
If you hit anything strange, open a support ticket — we read every one. Thanks for joining us at launch.
