How long does it take to spin up a server?

Accepted Answer

Most servers are ready within 60 seconds. Minecraft modpacks and ARK can take 2–5 minutes for the initial install.

How does billing work?

Servers bill hourly from your wallet, so you pay only while they run. Methods currently available are shown at checkout. All prices are in HKD.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes — full refund within 48 hours of purchase if your cumulative server usage is under 4 hours. After that, contact support for case-by-case review.

Question 5

Is managed DDoS mitigation included?

Accepted Answer

No. Managed DDoS mitigation is not currently included. Do not treat a hosted server as protected until this FAQ explicitly says verified mitigation is available.

Question 6

Can I install custom mods or plugins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The dashboard provides a file manager, game-server console, scheduler, and SFTP within your server's assigned container and mounted files. It does not grant root access to the host, other customers' containers, or platform infrastructure.

Question 7

Where are your servers located?

Accepted Answer

We host in Hong Kong by default — typical latency 2–3ms (usually under 5ms) for HK + Macau players, 40–80ms across most of Asia. Other regions on request.

Question 8

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any active server from the dashboard. Hourly servers stop billing immediately. Monthly servers continue until the end of the paid period.
